I dropped six teams from the 33 due to the fact that there are about twenty teams that qualify for those six spots. Penn St is still a very good team with a top 3 roster. It’s unbelievable that I couldn’t find a spot for them in the top 27 at the halfway point in the season, but you don’t get to look that poor and still get ranked. “Change your circumstances!”-James Franklin
