It’s a perfect day out the back window with all of the football in the drop-down den. The fuzzy doing what she does best, and my better half is out taking pictures. It’s nearly earmuff weather when the breeze blows. We’ll keep it cozy in the den.

And quick–this is just a quick sports update plug on the things I liked this weekend.

ROUND FOOTBALL

• Arsenal won 2-0 and remain top of the premier league. Gyokeres and Declan scored.
• Como drew 0-0 at top of the league Napoli.
  • Gritty, captivating

Gritty, captivating game that feisty, physical, and at times wide open and erratic which made it fun to watch. That said, each team collected fifteen fouls so the game lacked a flow as you’d like.

Nil-nil is a great result for Cesc Fabregas on the road. Well done!

OBLONG

• Army 20- Air Force 17
  • GW Winning 25 YD FG set up by a 42 yard pass.
    • in the air. Army completed a through the air forty yard pass and it was spectacular! Five completions and this one was the best.
• Sam Houston Lost last night. They are now 0 and whatever.
• North Texas 31- Navy 17
  • Navy’s first loss

Indiana is about to kick. Just plugging the scores.
