Montana is 7-0. Tomorrow night at 10:30, 7:30 Sacramento Time, on Espn2 the Grizzlies from Missoula will work hard to remain unbeaten as they take on Sacramento St inside Hornet Stadium.
5’9″/ 190-pound Senior Wide Receiver Michael Wortham is a massive reason why. So far this season he has passed for a touchdown, rushed for a few, caught a few, and tallied hundreds of yards on Kickoff Returns bringing his totals for the year to 1,169 All-Purpose Yards and 9 Total TD’s. He’s a jack of all trades. A true wildcard of sorts.
If you’ve got the late-night itch to watch some football tomorrow night after returning home from whatever Friday Night Lights matchup you just enjoyed, tuning into Missoula at Sacramento might just be the medicine you need. This late-night matchup will be sure to get you hyped for the following day that is full of action. Boise and Nevada will be simultaneously duking it out on CBSSN for when the game takes a commercial break. Los Angeles and Toronto might still be on at 10:30. East Coast baseball games from the late 90’s early 2000’s used to go into the wee hours of the morning. Those games were the absolute best!
So, there are a couple of late-night options to watch tomorrow AFTER the Friday Night Lights games with Montana/ Sac St being the headliner. Watching football on TV on a Friday is certainly ok, but if it is possible and you are able–always support the local team near you. It’s good for the community and it means a lot to the players to see the stands full. Not to mention, it’s a helluva lot of fun.

It’s 7:23 and pitch-black outside. 44 degrees with just a hint of light sifting through the thick Eastern cloud bank. In the drop-down-den with a roaring fire a few feet from me. It’s a near perfect morning. FedEx St. Jude Invitational mug to my left containing the treasured elixir. It’s time to get this day started. The Swimming World Cup live from the Pan Am Sports Centre in less than an hour.
The fuzzy snores.
